The Ashwood Lakes subdivision is located in Rockledge, Florida near the Viera area. As with many of the other areas of Brevard County, there are lots of choices if you are considering buying in Ashwood Lakes (or the Rockledge and Viera areas).
As of today, May 1, 2008, there are 10 homes for sale in Ashwood Lakes. The price range for the active listings runs from $179,900 (a "short sale) to a high of $364,700. ALL LISTINGS IN ASHWOOD LAKES ARE UNDER $240,000 except the single high priced unit.
These homes were built 1999 through 2003, are located near excellent schools, parks, bike trails, golf courses and great shopping. The neighboring subdivision Ventana shares community facilities such as pool and tennis court.
